This Privacy Policy explains how Creative Selections LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as Results Driven Network ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you visit this website, contact us, or purchase a subscription.
The short version: we collect what we need to run the business and deliver the work. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below who help us operate.

2.What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to this website and to the SEO, Google Business Profile, and backlink services we sell. It covers three groups of people:
- Visitors who browse the site without contacting us
- Prospects who email us or book a call
- Clients who purchase a subscription
It does not cover websites we link to, or the separate privacy practices of any client whose site we work on.
3.Information We Collect
3.1 Information you give us
- Name, email address, phone number, and business name
- Your website URL, target keywords, services, and business details
- Billing address and the information you enter at checkout
- The content of emails and messages you send us
- Anything you provide when booking a call

- Pages viewed, time on page, and referring website
- Server log data recorded by our host

3.4 Information from client accounts
When you become a client and grant us access to your platforms, we see the data those platforms show, including search performance data, analytics data, and business profile information. We access it only to perform the services.
3.5 What we do not collect
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, biometric data, precise geolocation, or health information. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information of any kind.

5.How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the services you purchased and produce your monthly reporting
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle refunds
- Respond to your emails and questions
- Send service messages about your account, billing, deliverables, and these policies
- Maintain records for accounting, tax, and legal compliance
- Understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Enforce our terms and protect our legal rights
We do not use your information to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not provide your confidential business information to third parties for that purpose.
6.Cookies and Tracking
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site currently uses only what is needed to load pages and embedded features.

6.2 Your choices
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6.3 Do Not Track
Browsers send a Do Not Track signal that no common standard governs. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We also do not run cross-site behavioral advertising.

9.Account Access and Credentials
Delivering the services often requires access to your website, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile.
- Wherever a platform supports it, we ask for delegated access tied to our own account rather than your password
- Where a password is unavoidable, we ask you to create a separate user for us rather than sharing your own login
- Credentials are stored in a password manager and are not sent over plain email where it can be avoided
- We use access solely to perform the services you purchased
- On cancellation, we remove ourselves from your accounts on request, and you should revoke any remaining access
You may revoke our access at any time. Doing so may prevent us from delivering parts of your plan.
10.Data Belonging to Your Customers
While working on your website and analytics, we may incidentally encounter information about your own customers, such as form submissions, contact records, or analytics data.
We treat that information as confidential and belonging to you. We do not use it for our own purposes, do not export it, and do not disclose it. You remain responsible for your own privacy policy, notices, and consents toward your customers.
11.How Long We Keep Information

We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve a dispute.
12.Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the size of our business. These include encrypted connections across the site, a password manager with strong unique credentials, multi-factor authentication where a platform supports it, limited access on a need-to-know basis, and reputable providers for payments and hosting.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide information at your own risk. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Nevada law and any other applicable law.
13.Your Privacy Rights
Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
- Delete information we no longer need to keep
- Receive a copy of the information you gave us in a portable format
- Opt out of any non-essential communication
Email hello@resultsdrivennetwork.com with your request. We respond within 45 days and may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
Some information must be retained even after a deletion request, including billing records required for tax purposes and information needed to resolve a dispute or comply with law.
14.California Residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act gives you the rights described in section 13, plus the right to know the categories of personal information collected, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties it is disclosed to. All of that is set out in sections 3, 4, 5, and 7 of this policy.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so no opt-out mechanism is required. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics.
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for proof of that authorization. To exercise any right, email us at the address in section 19.
California's Shine the Light law permits residents to request information about disclosures to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We make no such disclosures.
15.Nevada Residents
Nevada law, NRS Chapter 603A, allows Nevada consumers to submit a verified request directing us not to sell certain covered information collected online.
We do not sell covered information and have no plans to do so. If you would like to submit a request anyway, email hello@resultsdrivennetwork.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out" and include your name and the email address associated with any interaction. We will confirm receipt.
16.Children's Privacy
This site and these services are intended for businesses and for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not direct any part of this site to children.
If you believe a minor has provided us information, email us and we will delete it promptly.
17.Third-Party Links
This site links to other websites, including Calendly, LinkedIn, Canva, and client or portfolio sites. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their practices. Review their policies before providing information.
18.Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will notify active clients by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site or services after that date means you accept the updated policy.
